You apply
You fill in the form for the role. If you attach your CV, we read it to pre-fill your profile so you do not have to retype what is already in there.
Some roles include essential-requirement questions, marked as such. If one does not match, we tell you right there instead of leaving you waiting for weeks.

We review
Someone on the team reads your application. We use tools that estimate fit with the role as support, but a person decides whether you move forward, not an algorithm.
- 3
Shortlist
If you fit, you move to the shortlist and we let you know. From here on you get a notification every time your application changes stage: you should not have to write and ask.
- 4
Interview
You get a calendar invite with the video link already in it. You know who you are meeting, when, and how long before you join. If we need to reschedule, the same invite updates.
- 5
Offer
We talk terms, start date and anything else you need to ask. You already saw the salary in the posting: no surprises at this stage.
- 6
Welcome
We set up your onboarding before you arrive: your team, your access and whatever you need for day one.
What we commit to
- That you get an answer, including when it is a no. We would rather give you a clear no than silence.
- That you always know where you stand, without having to ask.
- That the salary is in the posting from day one, not at the end of the process.
- That if you do not fit now but would later, we come back to you instead of losing track.
Your data and our use of AI
We use artificial intelligence as support: to read your CV and to estimate fit with the role. No application is rejected in an exclusively automated way, except for the essential-requirement questions you answer yourself, which are marked as such. Your profile and your CV are yours: you can view, edit or delete them from your account at any time.
